We discovered Magnolia after the company that was sent out multiple times by our home warranty company did a horrible job. Magnolia was recommended to me by a few different people and they were a great suggestion. From the beginning, Ashley, the owner’s wife went above and beyond to help me get our plumbing issues resolved. When she heard I was 8 1/2 months pregnant she scheduled a same day visit to get our plumbing cleared. She then worked with us to figure out the best course of action going forward. Easy to get in contact with and they showed up when they said they would. On the days where it rained, she reached out to let us know the reason for the delay.

The guys that came were all very professional and polite. They took time to explain what was going on and what they planned to do to repair the problems. They were the first company to actually listen to what I was saying was going on, everyone else just blew me off or made the problems sound trivial. FYI Water flowing from the toilet bottom onto the floor is not a trivial issue.. I can honestly say this company was a breath of fresh air after our experience with the previous company. I think we finally have our plumbing issues resolved. If not I won’t hesitate to contact Magnolia in the future.

I spoke with Ashley this morning and by 2:45 my plumbing was back working good as new. The technician was clean and super friendly. I hope I won’t need to call for a plumber anytime soon but I absolutely know without a doubt who I’m calling if ever needed. I would recommend Magnolia Plumbing & AC to anyone needing plumbing or Ac needs. When I called and told them what was going on , they told me what the problem most likely was and asked me what time was best for me for them to come by. They were prompt and on time and so nice. They even took the time to show me what the problem was. I will not use anyone else.

Had a tub faucet dripping pretty bad. I called Magnolia and they had a plumber out to my house on time and he fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Friendly, fast service and they are reasonable on the price. Will definitely use them again.

I definitely recommend using them after my water being cutoff for days due to electricians working throughout my house they finished enough to turn my water back on and when I went to go do dishes I discovered a nice leak going on under my kitchen sink Ashley was so sweet and very helpful and got someone to come out to me immediately to help repair the leak very fast nice and reliable the price wasn’t to bad either it was absolutely worth it knowing they were gonna make sure it got done right and no issues they definitely are gonna be the first ones I call when I have plumbing or ac issues
