Amazingly professional, fast and thorough!
We called Magnolia Plumbing because, apparently, our garbage disposal had been leaking for awhile and had created a mess under our sink. Austin came out the same day to assess the situation…I had called late in the day. He needed parts and was out the next day, all while staying in touch to let me know the status, which I appreciated. He did a great job and was just such a nice person. I’ll use them for my future plumbing jobs!
Update: We have since used Austin and his assistant (whose name I don’t know) for our plumbing issue, which because it’s an older house it’s become a game of Whack-a-Mole. But they never gave up or showed any frustration. They came out on a Sunday, came back again and worked until after dark…never making me feel like they were irritated, like some service people. Figured out and fixed the problem! True professionals and just nice guys!
I spoke with Ashley this morning and by 2:45 my plumbing was back working good as new. The technician was clean and super friendly. I hope I won’t need to call for a plumber anytime soon but I absolutely know without a doubt who I’m calling if ever needed. I absolutely recommend Magnolia Plumbing and AC…excellent customer service with fast friendly work!

Magnolia was recommended to me by my neighbor and now I must recommend them to everyone else. Barrett was timely, efficient, friendly and professional. The prices are very reasonable, as well. Magnolia is a company to help resolve your issue while not robbing you. Five star company, for sure!
Shout out to this great company. They removed and replaced my tub and went above and beyond (after hours) so I could get my bathroom back after a water leak. Very professional. These guys cleaned up the work area every time they were here. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks again!

I would recommend Magnolia Plumbing & AC to anyone needing plumbing or Ac needs. When I called and told them what was going on , they told me what the problem most likely was and asked me what time was best for me for them to come by. They were prompt and on time and so nice. They even took the time to show me what the problem was. I will not use anyone else.
